All fashion items include a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the day your order is delivered.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing or production defects
- Loose seams, stitching errors, or construction flaws
- Faulty zippers, buttons, clasps, or closures
- Fabric defects or imperfections present upon arrival
- Incorrect item, size, color, or variant received
- Damage incurred during shipping
If your concern falls under any of these categories, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered:
- General wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by washing, drying, steaming, or ironing
- Shrinking, fading, stretching, or pilling from normal wear
- Stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or personal care products
- Accidental damage such as tears, holes, burns, or pulled threads
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or garment alterations
- Items returned with strong odors (smoke, perfume, chemicals, etc.)
- Final sale or clearance items (when applicable)
These issues are not classified as quality defects.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim

4. Approved Warranty Solutions
If your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following solutions:

- Store credit for any future purchase
All shipping costs related to approved warranty cases are fully covered by Koravem.
5. Warranty Timeframe
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for warranty coverage.
